There is so much truth in this 98Z5V, i've been on both side of the leaders, i've had leaders that made me feel so invincible that i would have followed him to hell, and others that i'd be afraid to cross a street with...When i went on a mission i always had these thoughts about not coming back and how pissed i would be if it was one of the center of uranus leaders that didn't do everything he should have to secure the safety of his men...And on the other side of the coin is there were times when i didn't think i was going to make it, but i knew he did everything possible and was ready to die for him...You really have to be in combat to understand that last line...

I don't know if you mean me (Tom), or another Tom on here, I am 100% disabled from PTSD, so i know a little about it...I found that it has no rhyme or reason, one day i was happy and carefree, and the next i was miserable, but i found out with therapy (2x a month) and people with simular problems and a great therapist, and an understanding family, i'm back to my ole self again...My therapist said its like a switch that just comes on, and it usually goes off, but when you've seen too much action and in my case i had retired and i was too relaxed wih very few worries and it reared its ugly head, and took quite a few years to get control of it...There is no cure you just have to keep it in check, i have refused to take any meds, because i have seen first hand the zombies that the meds produce, hope this helps somewhat... The media ran this the story over and over, it had something to do with a soldier getting stuff from a gunshow and modifying a rifle to look like an Ak47, he went into a local supermarket late at night where he worked for about 2 weeks and shot a young girl and a young guy to death, then killed himself...New Jersey likes to take a tragedy and try to spin it into a new gun law whenever they can...

Yeah i know its nuts here... Once when i went to a Pa gunshow, and on the way in they asked me to open my bag (that i bring to bring back stuff), and he asked me if i had any weapons, knives, or explosives, i said no but if you ask on the way out i might have somethng for you... <lmao>

A few years ago i thought i'd take a break from the AR's and go on a .22 site for awhile to save some money, <lmao> yeah you know the rest, after about half a dozen .22's i got out of there...The only problem is, there's no where to hide... <dontknow>

Its really sad how many people lose money because they are misinformed about the information that they get second hand instead of calling SS and getting real answers... I was talking to an elderly woman who was working as a store clerk, and the subject came up about that she has to work because she was divorced and that her husband also had died, i said are you getting his SS, she said what? i told her she was eligible for it, and to apply...A while later i met her while shopping and she stopped me to thank me for the extra money she was getting and she didn't have to work anymore...I felt good all day after that...

I needed one for my concealed carry license, and they mentioned i get a passport photo, and i found out that Wal-Mart does this for around 10 bucks, and you get 2 photo's and a receipt that shows when you took the picture, so i sent the photo and receipt to avoid and hassle...

Now I'M jealous... <thumbsup>

If there was ever a love affair with a rifle its the MK12 mod 0, it was love at first sight, and i became obbessed with it to build a pefect clone, that was at least 5 years ago and i still fondle it regularly... :love4:
