  1. I have read other sources say that staggering the gas rings wasn't necessary but I still do it. It only makes sense to do it.

  17. If you stay with the same upper/lower from the same manufacturer in .308 you will have less chance of having issues. This is not the same as the AR15 platform.

  20. If at that point they hit that plate it is either one of 2 things 1. It's intentional 2. They are that incompetent/negligent that they should be removed from the firing line.
  21. Very interesting link brother. I'm thinking that just Nitrating a the Carrier won't be a bad thing.
  22. I might get it in the future. I would get some 3/8" plate and weld it in a "V" and put it in front of the camera tp prevent it from being shot. "Their are no problems just solutions".
