  6. Will remember you and family in our prayers brother. It's a crime, that thru no fault of your own you are being treated so poorly. It has been my experiance in the building trades that when they send you to the company doctor [vet/butcher] they ALWAYS low ball the severity of the injury. They force you to get a lawyer to fight for what is right, then your the bad guy.Good luck and god bless you.
  7. Less than 7.5 #lbs. brother Glockslap for a .308 impressive,IMO stock could use a little more meat like brother Jguns build which is also a very nice build. <thumbsup>
  8. Brother big,you will also notice the pin to the extractor go in one side and does not push thru like 5.56 bolt.RRA put a slight crimp on the other end of the hole for extractor pin.Took me quite a bit of pressure to compress to put pin in with my beat up hands. Also found the ejector VERY stiff to push down, put it on the counter pushed down and put a few drops of CLP and work it up and down.Try it see what you think :o. Other than that easy peasy. ;)
  9. Welcome from Indiana brother ghorn, very true we also lose the ability to protect our family, country and ourselves. <thumbsup>
  10. Thats a good tool for my screwed up hands. <thumbsup>
  11. Welcome from Indiana brother Dr69er very cool,prints...nice <thumbsup>
  12. My Lar-8 Standard Operator is 13.5#lbs. with full mag,I use a Vtac sling for standing to support rifle [don't shoot standing very often or for any period of time]. Found balance point to be just in front of mag well.I have been putting bipod [generic] on rail under FS think that been a mistake.Next session will put on handguard since its FF.Just my .02.
  13. Thats different. 8)
  14. Steal a 40 oz. go to jail...steal millions,skate,lesson if your gonna steal,steal big. >:(
  15. Welcome from Indiana brother dsdmmat, thank you for your service. <thumbsup>
  16. Brother that's so subjective, the barrel and nut are propretary, uses Fn-Fal mags [i really like P-mags] now RRA has there own poly-mags.The other rifles Armalite,Larue,LWRC,POF,DPMS those come to mind, I mean no disrespect if I omited your brand.Everyone is very passionate about the rifle they have, understandable so.For ME for the money the ambi-features that come with this rifle works for ME.The other option is a build MaTen and others are very impressive, then you pick and chose all your compnents.Respectfully Rene
  17. Way to go brother Medic, <thumbsup>

    SOLD!

Got one from Sportsmans guide after 200 rds. something in the tube like a hair or crack <dontknow> controls stiff, heavy, returned it.
  19. The mag release is just above the trigger, and next to the mag well. There is also a full button on the opposite side, which for my arthritic finger is easier to actuate than the norgon on my 5.56.Also an ambi-bolt release center bottom of mag well.As I once thought of a different .308 AR none have this type of layout,as I am a lefty. :)
  20. That's a great savings bro,hope it comes soon. 8)
  21. Once the first video went by had to watch the others. <lmao> Loved it <laughs> <thumbsup>
