Ever see the bucket of sand demo between an arrow and a .357 Magnum? I can't find a video of it but the broadhead arrow goes right through a 5-gallon bucket of sand. The .357, not so much.

The video said cops found no weapons in the car and they were waiting for a search warrant on the apartment, to see if the weapons were in there and could be determined to be legal or illegal. Bean bags from shotguns suck. I'd imagine that even with armor it's like getting kicked by a horse.
