  1. I didn't see Titanium Nitride in the mix..... Material Notes: Thin film coating applied by environmentally safe, Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) vacuum system. Can be applied to most metals to provide enhanced surface characteristics, and can also be applied to some ceramics and plastics. Has the appearance of gold, but is an ultra-hard material. Is harder than carbide and chrome, approximately 85 Rc. Is highly inert - Will not corrode and has excellent chemical resistance. Provides a non-stick surface. Prevents galling. Can withstand elevated temperatures. Is non-toxic - Used for surgical devices and food processing equipment. Is dense and non-porous. Is typically 3 micrometers or 0.0001" thick. Has a uniform thickness that follows the contour of the part's surface. Forms an outstanding bond to the base material that will not blister, flake or chip. Cutting tools typically last 3 to 10 times longer than uncoated tools.
  2. I went to Albuquerque for a class in 2010 and was quite amazed at how good their grass looked, well until I actually walked by a patch and realized it was artificial <lmao>

  4. I've never used it or even handled a weapon coated with it but I have heard it's great stuff! That being said I would only trust test results from an independent lab.

  22. Ouch that brings back memories, I had the same thing happen to me many years ago with a Little Bandit crank bait. I caught a 2lb +- largemouth bass and while looking for my pliers to remove the treble hook he flopped harder than I was holding on and for an instant everything went into slow motion. I knew what was coming but couldn't do anything about it, the pain sped things back up very quickly! The bad part is he kept flopping while I tried in vein to grab him with my free hand, after screaming like a bitch I caught my wits and dropped to the bottom of the boat where I was able to pin(SQUISH) him down. Once my wife finished laughing I had her cut the eye of the hook off with my dykes to free me. The bass didn't fare so well >:D the point of the hook didn't exit my skin so I drove home and my wife proceeded to cut a new hole in me with a razor blade until she found the point and shoved it through  I prefer using worms or spinner baits now days <thumbsup>
