I had a few left over so this morning I had gills eggs and hashbrowns. Cooked the gills in a foil bag in the oven with olive oil and garlic salt at 350 for 10 min it was great!!! Sprite, that looks awesome! Panko, panko's the best!!!

My mom used to bread fish with mashed saltine crackers when I was a kid too, I'm pretty fond of the panko tho

Not really grilling but I suppose you could do it on the grill. Frying fish is great and all but it's kinda a pain the other night I googled "baked blue gill fillets" and this is what I came up with: http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/bluegill-parmesan Trying to cut out the bad stuff when I can so instead of butter I used olive oil, I told seasprite I'd also cut back on the herbs next time, they were good, but over powdered the flavor of the fish. A little dryer then fried but not bad at all, watch it around the 7-10 min mark so it's not over dry

I own a DPMS "mk12" it's a pig, I'm working on putting her on a diet right now. Not that I've got a ton of ammo thru it, it's been dependable and seems to be of better quality then their .556/.223 rifles. Right now I'm weighing in at 11.7 pounds unloaded with scope and mount. I plan on posting up a before and after when I get my MWI hand guard installed. Oh and greenmist go crew :)

The dnr has been denying that they are down here, I know of a guy who shot one 6 years ago thinking it was a yote in green county (north of Monroe), this acount and I've also heard romurs of them being hit on 94 between lake mills and Johnson's creek. The other think is the lack or acknowledgment of cougars in this state, up north and down here. 4-5 years ago a guy 3 min from my house opened up his barn and one ran out, after numerous ppl said they saw one, supposly a Chicago burb cop shot it a few weeks later. A friend of mine has seen one in her back yard twice in butter nut up by sisco and the dnr told her it was a bobcat, then last week two people reported one by my parents house outside of Janesville the dnr told them they didn't know what they're talking about?!?!

Sisco I've notices my joint aches dramatically decrease since I've started working out, even my back has felt better (runs in the family my dads is fused).
