Beans I always do more that what it calls for and I only do bacon, no need for beef as a side. Smoke on low heat (225) 4-8 hours stir every hour or so queso, no CoM soup, two bocks of cream cheese instead, some sheared cheese and I added three pobolanos. Stirred after the first hour then often for the next 2 hours

That’s what I figured ive been getting “semi boneless ribeyes” from my local piggly wiggly, it’s one of the best cuts I’ve had and a 1” thick 1.30# steak is 9$

I’m late to the party but I’ve always liked Polaris, they’re popular around here. I’ve beat the piss outta my 550 sportsman and my ex’s dads 500 only thing I’ve had to do is the usual, plugs, batt, oil, air filter. I did up grade my clutch and belt a while back.
