Going shooting Saturday tired of the irons on my AR45

Fresh Lake Michigan coho, brushed with garlic ginger butter and grilled on my green mountain at 225* for an hour served with mango salsa, a side salad and a DDH IPA from Pipeworks in chicago

Finally got out past the break wall on the big lake today, my buddy needed another man in the boat to fish a tournament with him. Had a great day went 7 for 8 with 5 coho and 2 rainbows.

Thank you!! i winged it cut there wasn’t alit of meat like I wanted so I couldn’t probe it, I knew it was like brisket so I went off looks. When I pulled this one I left the other two ribs on for another hour, and they turned out way more fall off the bone and melted more fat away so we’re getting some where 🍖🍖

Did beef ribs for the first time today kinda winged it cuz they weren’t the big meaty one that I could get a prob in but they were really good. Also did some pork belly burnt ends
