That’s the thing people don’t realize they are mainly scavengers. It used to be only a winter thing now it’s year round. Few winters back I was about to photograph two eagles on a deer in a field till Mertal and Ethal pulled up behind me and scared them off I was so pissed off

I’m in the middle of it right now, actually just signed my papers this morning refi’d to a 15 year 3.0% from a 5+% that had 18-19 years left on it. They aren’t coming to appraise it and passed it for 145k but my original loan was for 115k (a foreclosure) and I owe 94k on it

Inject with beef broth the night before (about a cup) rub with oak ridge bbq black ops. Chill over night. next morning get smoked to 225-250 (I start at 225 and raise temp if I need to. smoke till 200-205 pull and rest in cooler 30-45 min slice against grain about the thickness of a pencil
