Holy Crap! i should have saved all 14 i had when i got out of the Marines in May and sold them now. I gave 6 to a friend with an AR and sold the rest for like $5 a pop since i thought they needed new followers.

Maybe we could sneak in an amendment to get rid of the 1986 restriction... i could get a new M240 of my own like i had in the Marines. Oh if dreams were real. -
Watch the long version of the press conference. I almost threw up in anger. She doesnt even know what the NFA categorization would entail. And there are no new drop in full auto conversions that you can legally make and put in any semi auto. So she's simply lying. And ignorant. Very ignorant.

Saw this last night and was very proud someone finally set the right solution in place to prevent further tragedies! I hope this spreads to other districts quickly. this and drills with local police are the only real way to prevent such shootings.

i don't understand why these people want to go on a rampage and then just kill themselves afterwards. Just kill yourself in the beginning and save innocent people the heartbreak caused by you being unable to deal with YOUR problems.

I got my friends from the marines and several of them are cops too, so I have a bunch of people to talk to and get ideas from. Already have quite a few, just working on getting the know how to act on them. -

Right now I'm finishing up my Mech Eng degree then i plan on starting my own firearm shop, manufacturing ARs and a few others and designing some of my own. Trying to learn as much as I can to help out with that and i already have a few friends lined up to help as soon as i get this project off the ground. -
I tried emailing gieselle a while back about if the NiB BCGs would damage the hammer but they never answered me back about it. About the QPQ, im pretty sure thats just JPs name for nitriding/melonite treatment.

Isn't that the reason colt had the contract in the first place!? And why we have the M16 at all! -
I've seen PTR 91 GI models on Buds in stock for about $980. GI is their best model for SHTF because it has proper HK fluting so it will eat and NATO or Russian 7.62NATO ammo there is. The 91 beats up brass though, so if you reload it might not be the right rifle for you.

if the NiB coating gives the same surface hardness as the chrome, wouldn't the wear on the hammer be the same when using a chromed bolt carrier? I think it would. So you'll have the same issue with the chrome as with the NiB. The NiB is just more convenient cause you can treat any part with it and not need to worry about changing tolerances.
