  1. what sort of price are you selling the chinasports to not really completely idiots? I need to sight in my 308 AR with something :)
  2. an EvaDry and motion sensitive lights for my safe, plus a laser boresighter
  3. Welcome from FL and thanks for your service. the 308 AR platform feels way different than the m16 platform :)
  4. I'm going to be doing that later tonight I think :D
  5. we can find out the hard way :D so long as the thread is the same as standard .22 it should be ok, we might just not get as much suppression out of it
  6. for sure. I'll bring a silencer :) I need to get my bullpup 10/22 barrel threaded so I can put it on that too, right now it just goes on a walther P22. but man is that fun and cheap enough to not care about blowing through 300 rounds in a day :D
  7. good luck! nice 22lr match pistols are such a joy to shoot. I've never owned a high end one myself, but have had friends who did (or whose dad did) and damn is all I have to say.
  8. I work for shadow ops, so I can say that you won't get anything better without spending a lot more. That's sort of our niche, we offer higher end products at lower end prices.
  9. I've found the laser ones to work ok to get you close with just a few bullets used
  10. I've got a Harris nickel boron (this was before I worked for Shadow Ops). Its decent enough, its not as pretty as the day I put it in, but it does clean pretty easy.
  11. I'll try to remember to at least get a couple of gun industry relevant ones up a day the next few days at least
  12. I try to when I can, I just am so spastic with the multiple jobs
  13. also, what do you consider long distance shooting? the yards matter a lot. If you're trying to go past 1000, it might be worth thinking about going with a 6.5 creedmoor instead if you're pondering replacing the barrel anyhow. if you're thinking 600 yards as long distance shooting, then basically any 308 barrel would work like a charm, down to 10" pistol builds :D
  14. The manufacturing shop is in Colorado. I should talk to you separately about becoming a dealer :)
  15. new business cards
  16. damn, that stuff must be like unobtanium for that price. still sweet as hell though.
  17. True, glaser safety slugs as well are perfectly fine in 38 spl
  18. dangit, now I'm looking at buying one of them. its a pity they aren't in 357 magnum though, or are they available that way?
  19. its what I have. although there are less options potentially, it isn't like it has none, and its harder to find the other uppers. I'm amazed those are in stock honestly
  20. glad to hear you're doing well
  21. I really liked that the homeless shelters and food banks turned down the free carp from net dragging. How exactly do you turn down free food for one of those places?
  22. my wife is ex military, so she's comfy with guns. she doesn't "believe" in concealed carry though, she'd open carry if it was legal :) we go shooting together a good bit
  23. I do have one, I was going to put the documents just into the safe, but its a good idea to leave em in the little firesafe and stuff that in
  24. Its my first 45 can, and I've never been at the range with anyone else shooting one, so I really have no idea comparison wise, other than the 22
  25. Yeah, its not bad, but its nowhere near as suppressive as the 22 is, shooting 230gr white box federal .45acp. its quieter for sure, but i'd still probably want hearing protection to be on the safe side. The 22 can on the other hand is totally perfect.
