  1. Hey where did that rock come from? Hehe
  2. Another drill I like to do with my son is use helium filled balloons. Say you fill 6 balloons, place them at known or unknown ranges ( whatever you wish) from 25 to whatever range say 300 yards....... To make this drill even more sporting time it. You can make wind class as appropriate, a fantastic drill for spotter sniper teamwork! Place your targets at 25, 100, 150, 200, 300 yards . Use a lot of balloons. It's fun and can be extremely competitive
  3. I am not worthy ........ You guys are so full of useful information I bow down and thank you
  4. Does anyone know the procedure/process that I need to take so that I can buy a suppressor for both my M&P 15 and my AR10A4 Carbine? How do I get the process started? I heard its painful and takes a long time, and honestly I already have the best suppressor made its called a crossbow, but I think since I am retired, I just might get back into serious shooting again and so far everyone here has been a wealth of information........besides how cool to show up at a match and be the "quiet one" haha Other than just let it go its too painful (which is why I want to do it) any words of wisdom? Thanks to all ahead of time 2GF...........OUT
  5. Remember my rule..............guns dont kill people................husbands that come home early kill people !!!!!!!!!
  6. A shout out to everyone a great big thank you..............as of today I have 4 on order. I wish to thank you all individually.............Hooyah......my brothers!
  7. Thanks guys where do you guys get them at? here is my answer from MAGPUL - - thank you for inquiry. The 7.62x51 (308 Winchester) PMAG LR/SR fits the SR25/M110 style of AR Rifles. It is not compatible with the Armalite AR10B and Noveske N6 (modified M14 mags) RRA LARS (FN FAL mags) HK 17/MR762 (proprietary mags) and scar 17 (proprietary mags)............ Does this response make sense to you guys I have a AR10A carbine, so Rsquared which model of magpuls bro? I'm as confused as a jewish street gang being victimized by a driveby circumcision.......insert humor.........
  8. HELP..........man I am so upset. I cant seem to find any mags for my AR -10 carbine. So I bought a 5 shot for my gun from Armalite, you know the company that built the damn gun, it doesnt fit. I contacted them, they said oh sorry, that only fits blah blah........so I am reading MAgpuls website. I see mags that fit SR-25. I email them, I recieve a doctors thesis as an answer and I write back thanks but does it fit my AR-10A model you dimwit? ???? Ok folks, I need help here I need some more mags for my AR-10A Carbine, what is the answer/double secret handshake when ordering them? And I usually order from Cheaper than dirt....which has been out of everything for awhile....Please help 2GF..........Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?
  9. You dont need the stock, you can do it with your trigger finger and hand you use supporting the rifle..........save your money http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L2YLgLj8KVY
  10. Robocop is dead on........I recently watched a tv show on the military channel About Delta Force. Those guys were using this "grip". ( in close quarters) Personally it just looks cool, every generation has to have something different. In my day we faced "boobytraps, today its IEDs. And my favorite, we had car bombs, today its VBIEDs, vehicle borne improvised explosive device, what the.........My arm gets tired and it is NOT for that long range shot. I dont think you will find a true sniper using it. It was developed from the 2 handed pistol grip where it controls the recoil of the pistol. I'll continue to carry my pistol like that, but I'm old school, in OIF and OEF, I actually used a tactical grip on my M-4................if it aint broke dont fix it...............it just gets cool points
  11. I dont know yuo but welcome back sorry to hear about the woman bro............
  12. Dont get it stuck in your mind these lists are all inclusive. I was fighitng alongside the US Marines in the surge for Baghdad and a young Force Recon Marine, we shall call Roman isnt on the list...........he's still an operator and I dont think lists like this need to be published because of harm it could bring to operators families. Just my opinion. Yes, he was a sniper and yes he was a Force Recon Marine, and yes he squeezed a static line jump in with us during the build up so he wouldnt lose jump pay. I like the Force marines motto, they truly are the Quiet Professionals.so I'm just saying these guys all did their job, but the list isnt complete, hell who knows he might be working for Christians In Action today...............haha

Thank god I have a pool here on central Florida but this summer has rained so much giving me flashbacks to England. If it don't stop raining I'm going to build that second ark anyone interested?
  14. Damn I thought I asked my wife to quit giving away her pictures I took.......haha
  15. 2 more cents in ammunition you are using I prefer the Lake City 168 BTHP round there appears to be so much information available out there for that round you don't have to have an encyclopedia to find out everything you need to know. Besides its a battle tested and proven round. Thanks
