Vancouver area got it's only snowfall of winter so far today... some places saw almost an inch of snow. Kinda weather related but BC has decided to do away with changing the clocks so last Sunday was it.

I'm going to have to up my game... My weekend off day breakfast is hashbrowns with peppers and onion, a good shake of Montreal Steak Spice. When almost done add left over meat, break 2 eggs on top then shredded cheese. Place cover on pan,turn heat down and continue to cook till eggs done.

If it tastes half as good as it looks... WOW

Reminded me of a story a friend shared, A couple month into the new year someone at the shop went looking for the 4 jaw chuck. After asking around it turned out a foreman( renowned for being notoriously cheap) had taken it home to use as a Christmas tree stand. Chuck weighted around 80lbs so his tree wasn't goint to fall over as being cheap it wasn't a large tree.

We're in the middle of is now known as an Atmospgeric River( formally The Pineapple Express) lots of rain and flooding, washed out road insome cases mudslides. As bad as it is here just south across the border in Washington state they're getting the main impact of this weather front.
