I've been wondering if it's possible to convert my Winchester model 70 Coyote Lite ll from 25WSSM to 7.62x39. Case & complete cartridge OAL are very close. I think I can get a barrel made next door at Shaw/ Small Arms Manufacturing. Not sure what to do about the bolt yet though.

Yes you did. I spent the afternoon out putting the final touches on my deer blinds & finished tidying up the shooting lanes. Our archery starts October 2nd. Then grabbed a few last minute things from the store for my Southern Belle & my daughter's birthdays we're having a party for tomorrow.

Pretty damn accurate out of the right gun. I get 1" groups @ 200yds with 123gr hp steel wolf out of a 16" barrel on my ruger ranch bolt action. Good enough for ground hogs out to 400-450 yards
