I'm like Haewired on the warranty issue, if they would give him his money back then that would be great. but to send another lower to put time in and it fails is a waste.

75 will buy three or four P mags, depends on size. around here the 10 rounders are higher than the 20. C products defense makes a decent mag if you prefer steel.

Was that magazine new? just an observation but in the third pic that mag follower is mighty dirty for 100 rounds. looks like you had a ton of blowback. I clicked on the pic to enlarge it. That don't seem normal to me.

Have mostly magpuls, never any misfeeds with them, but I shoot all factory ammo.

Did the lower come with any kind of warranty or guarantee?

Hope the new one works out for you, I was wondering how the polymer would hold up to the 308 recoil.

WOW....I figured the poly lowers would have been improved over the years. Guess not. that sucks. get you a metal one and put the parts from that one in it and call it done. sorry to see this. that was an awesome looking rifle too. but it can be again.

That's a long ways. too many trees close around here for that distance. Be neat to try and shoot that far, don't think I have the scope for that kind of shooting thou.

That's cool you guys have that long of a range to practice on, wind can make it tough to stay on target. I had to pass on two nice bucks last year cause of the wind. From the looks of the pictures you could shoot a mile there.

I shoot the Polymer tipped Winchester deer season XP in five different calibers in several AR's and have had no trouble feeding.

My LGS's business has slowed since trump took office, before that they couldn't keep AR's in stock of any make or caliber. Ammo is as cheap as it's been in a long time. the closer we get to election the more business will pick up. Gun shops loved Obama, he was the best gun salesman ever. I'm thinkin if anyone needs ammo or anything gun related, now is the time. It's going to get ugly in 2020 and maybe before. Things are not going to get any cheaper. That is until Trump wins in 2020.😁
