I would say yes as long as it is shot without holding or resting the barrel on anything but that would make it tough to shoot accurately i assume the headshots are from the weatherby if that is the case then I agree the grouping is a little disappointing from the dpms might take some work to tighten it up how willing are you to upgrade parts?

Never pulled a LaRue trigger but have only heard good things about them

How big are your groups at what distance what ammo, barrel length etc give us a little more to go on DPMS not usually known to be built as a tack driver but a little load development can help and a free float hand guard wouldn’t hurt but it depends on what you want to do with it.

1 in 10 or 1 in 11 probably most common but 1 in 12 works for 168 grainers depends what you want to do with it. My last 308 at came with a 1/10. Some others on here with more experience will chime in I’m sure.

All the time i like them all and usually get a mixed batch but I also get a bunch of caf gave one to a buddy and he got the shakes and sweats obviously he doesn’t do a lot of caffeine
