  6. That’s what happens with hookers and blow!
  7. I’ve always said if you’re going to be dumb you gotta be tough my wife says I’m one of the toughest persons she knows - wonder what she means by that was loading a bike into the back of my truck once and the wife was helping me push it up the ramp we couldn’t get it up without risking tip over and she’s bitching about fire ant so I get pissed off and say get the fuk out of my way - I proceed to ride that heavy pos up the ramp with enough speed to bend the front rail of the bed and collapse the back of the cab popping the rear window out of the channel of my brand new Ford F-250. Fuk fuk fuk mother fukkin fuk. Good news was I didn’t bed the forks and strapping it in was a piece of cake cause the front wheel had a new chock to ride in.
  8. Sucks that a new rig cost more than my first house
  9. I like those 4 runners wish they would get rid of those stupid shaped lights - just hanging out there to get whacked and broken or cracked
  10. I call them training aids i like mine training aids with chilli, cheese, mustard and onions if I can get em
  11. I wasn’t intentionally buying race gun parts for my 260 build. JP was just about the only option I could find for the small firing pin /hole. Only other option I could find was sending original out to be welded up and redrilled - didn’t want to wait 4 months that may have been a contributor to my short stroking but it’s currently working and I shouldn’t have the primer flow problem from higher press and large firing pin hole that is commonly discussed -whether it’s true or not I’m not sure hind sight I should have used orig and worried about it if problem cropped up - live and learn... sometimes the hard way
  12. Had a house in so fla built in the 40’s had to pre drill a hole to nail into the full dimension pine studs they were hard as hell - survived hurricane andrew structure wise
  13. Killed a few with paintball gun not the most accurate but... it worked for that and chasing the deer out of the garden
  14. Must be the JP bolt I did not try it with the orig dpms bolt and haven’t pursued it much since I opened up the port a little and it seems to be working havent put many rounds through it yet
  15. Griffin armament fixed adapter to allow my revolution pistol can to be used for subsonic 300 blackout
  16. Nice! here is mine - revolution 45 can on sig 226 To bad the govt can’t streamline the process after the first stamp gets approved - 8 months to a year each time is ridiculous
  17. Any idea what powder and charge those are running? Tried em yet?
  18. Thanks for all the help and advice. Once I get a load or two picked out we will see if I need to tweak with buffer weight or spring coils at all. I wish I hadn’t bent my #45 bit. I dropped it and tried to jump back to see where it was going to bounce and stepped on it. When I chucked it up it had a slight wobble. Being impatient I figured probably no harm in going 1 size larger. I don’t think it’s cycling too fast but did notice a dent in the body shoulder junction from the brass deflector. I’ll add a piece of felt or rubber to the deflector to see if that works. Also saw a couple dings in the base edge but that may be from the concrete I was ejecting on. Will soften the extractor edge as well as the lugs before I burn up the commercial loads. still got some work to do to get it right and I should probably start a new thread for those issues
  19. Always liked this version of rock paper scissors
  20. I really like that pattern - looks cool
  21. Installed new spring it’s longer but not as heavy on the wire. It still had the same cycling issue so opened the gas port to .086 jumped 2 bit sizes from #46 drill bit to a #44 because my #45 bit was bent :( seemed to work it cycled everything I had and it ejected at about 3 o’clock. I will burn through the remaining commercial loadings (approx 50) I have to get sighted in and confirm no other cycle probs then clean copper from barrel and start the load development with boron nitride coated bullets. Have to wait for a range day so I can get some distance for the ladder test
  22. Hmmmm maybe part of my issue with cycling
  23. I see how this could solve the overgas issue but isn’t it creating another problem to deal with 1 that already exists? Cheaper and less time consuming than tuning at the gas port I guess. I’m not sure if the fit I have is loose or the fact the carrier weight is more and it’s not a viable test in the large framed guns.
  24. Can the ar 15 method of extending the bolt and seeing if tension holds the bolt carrier when standing on bolt face be used with the 308 bcg? Is the 308 bcg too heavy for this check? I’m asking because my new JP bolt won’t hold my carrier and I’m still seeking potential probs (leaks?)as to why not cycling like it should. Have not installed my new buffer spring yet - just chasing random thoughts.
