  1. Dont know how old your mags are but DPMS had a bad lot a while ago. They will replace them. Some folks have tweaked the feed lips with excellent success
  2. yep, Im working on it. You guys will just have to be patient. For those that need something now its pretty hard to beat this price on the phosphated unit or call Fulton Armory for a chrome unit
  3. BTW I was referring to tight on an AR-15. Most A2 type handguards are tight. Its how they are supposed to be. Im ordering the MOE for my CMMG Sierra upper.
  4. I have read that the MOE Handguards can be a little tight but I have no personal experience with them

    AR Trigger

I look forward to hearing your report. Feel better buddy
  6. From the manufacturers I spoke with they use heavier springs to reduce the chance of recoil causing unintentional firing. There are also modified hammers for the same reason as well as to prevent interference with the BCG. One manufacturer has been trying to eliminate the need for different triggers based on their design. One design is cheaper on their end too
  7. ArmaLite, Inc. is pleased to announce that a small batch of its AR-10 chambered in .338 Federal is ready for this year’s hunting season. The first run of our .338 in two years comes after repeated customer requests. This finely crafted firearm is BOTH powerful and match accurate. The ArmaLite .338 is capable of taking any North American big game, including moose and bear. The AR-10 in .338 features a match grade stainless steel barrel and a finely tuned National Match two stage trigger. The rugged one piece aluminum handguard allows custom mounting of bi-pods, sights and optional MIL-std 1913 rails. Go to Armalite.com for further details and specifications.

  14. I recall reading on some optics site that these scopes were re-badged from another company and you could get them slightly cheaper under the manufacturers name. Don't know if its true or not. Thanks for the informative post. I think thats a price range thats critical for a lot of guys
  15. I find that my 24" is too heavy to shoot offhand.
  16. What is a "bb"? Are you saying that the first 200 rounds were good then the next 40 went to crap or 40 out of 200 bent and it was all a bad experience? Did you assemble this yourself? Is it short stroking? When you get a good run does the bolt lock back properly after the last round?
  17. Actual range time is tough but .22's I can shoot any time at a friends abandoned factory
