I can streel-legal the Big CR if I get motivated enough to do it. Side-by-sides get street-legaled as motorcycles here, as well as ATVs. Drive those bitches to the grocery store if you want. Take the paperwork the military gives with the sale of the equipment, something like the "Proof of Origination" (or something like that) document over to MVD and have an inspection done. This is usually some older employee with seniority and you will have to wait for them to finish whatever they are doing...usually coffee over The Price Is Right. They then come out and conduct the "inspection": make sure the VIN matches the paperwork. They then sign off on your form, which is then taken inside and exchanged for a Title of Ownership.
