texas30cal
I'm not for the NFA either or them overstepping and taking rights away, but the law is the law, for now anyway :(. Just saying that we don't need extra scrutiny bc of folks trying to get around the law. I honestly believe that if one can pass the FBI background check, and has a clean record, he or she should be able to build whatever they want, non-transferable of course, as long as we follow the same regs as NFA owners. If the govt wants a revenue source make it a $200 (or more maybe for homebuilds) tax stamp and a $50 per year fee for every firearm built. If we can pass the same checks then why not alow it? The only difference is the price of the firearm. Edited March 21, 2015 by texas30cal
mrmackc
If I had a solvent trap I would set up the long gun cleaning equipment and see if a solvent trap would capture all the contaminated Hoppes#9 from getting on my shop floor. I do have a couple of problems. I need adaptors for my long guns that aren't threaded 5/8 or 1/2 inch heck do they make an adapter for a Winchester 94 30 30 or a Remington 12 ga modified vent rib? blue109
the law is the law. always will be. at some point the law will cross a line. that line differs depending on who you ask. I have respect for the guys who poke this particular bear. this story only ends one of two ways. all or nothing. they want us to have nothing, and we need to push for everything.
