Can't access tech notes

I don't know if anyone else is having the same problem, but I went to check one of mrraley's tech notes, and it keeps saying;

Sorry, there is a problem

The page you are trying to access is not available for your account.

Error code: 2C171/1
Is this a problem, or are they just not available anymore for some reason?

You're hard pressed to find a source  as credible and experienced as Uncle Pat, and that's a great resource no matter what your level of expertise on the subject is.  That's part of what makes this place great
