One more example of how "not everything new is the bestest!" 

The Warthog is another example of the non-need to have the fastest, newest of every plane out there, when it does exactly what needs to be done in certain situations....and a newer, faster jet isn't what the doctor ordered.

 

But pencil pushers must justify their jobs too.....

  These type of aircraft can be used because the opponents don't have an any air power & very little hand held surface to air threats . They do work well in this situation , you don't need a Million dollar pilot, to train to use them .
