  Article read " they were determining if the Assault rifles were legal " is there something new that they had no weapons ?

 Aslo , if they had Body Armor on , how did a bean bag effect them ?

The video said cops found no weapons in the car and they were waiting for a search warrant on the apartment, to see if the weapons were in there and could be determined to be legal or illegal.

Bean bags from shotguns suck.  I'd imagine that even with armor it's like getting kicked by a horse.

I don't know man.  A riot at the ASPC-Tucson complex, in Cimarron the maximum unit.  One CO fired one round of bird shot by the book, as a skip round, and one inmate got hit in the gonad with one tiny #8 shot pellet.
