ARTrooper Posted October 21, 2016 Report Posted October 21, 2016 this rule would effect me a lot more if I had the money to purchase things in the first place. :( cant wait for the holidays to be over, they use up so much money, especially when you have little children. my wife and I are going to be buying a house within 8 months and I told her I am using some of the money from the loan to buy some guns. haha.
noyb Posted October 21, 2016 Author Report Posted October 21, 2016 I'll have to see if I can google some reviews of aero complete 308 uppers this weekend. I'd like a 16-18" barrel. Not sure I'll pull the trigger on buying one this weekend but I know I shouldn't wait much longer and the plastic needs to cool down a bit!
noyb Posted October 24, 2016 Author Report Posted October 24, 2016 I should have just bought one and run with it, now the aero 308 uppers are out of stock.
98Z5V Posted October 25, 2016 Report Posted October 25, 2016 That's a prime example of "Lesson 65b - You snooze, you lose."

Any other rules , we make up as we go , if your a victim of one , its your own fault . The " Rule " is posted around here somewhere , if you read enough Threads . I'm pretty sure every one of us has been burned by rule 65b at some point Edited October 25, 2016 by Malig8r Clarification
noyb Posted October 30, 2016 Author Report Posted October 30, 2016 Well, I found a good deal and I've ended up with a complete G2 pattern rifle for the cost of a gen 1 pattern complete upper. Guess I'll wait out the up coming panic buying and get a gen 1 pattern down the road. Thanks for the help!
blue109 Posted October 31, 2016 Report Posted October 31, 2016 Sounds like a good score! Which one did you get? AP4? RECON?
