Results are well documented, all they need is the paperwork for comparison, no need to retest.

You are referring to DNA results recorded at some other point in time . I didn't know they did any on that dress , that's different & if used in Public trial or inquiry , are they not public record & he should have no issue getting them . Makes one wonder .

results were reported as positive for WJC but the actual data was not released, that I know of.

Two test were run on the dress for Kenneth Starr's investigation, results for the more basic test were made public and the more in depth test result was not made public other than a note that it was performed. They don't need the dress just a subpoena for the more in depth test results.
