Anyone ever seen/used these optics?  I'm obviously interested in it as an option for a fixed power but I'm more just curious at this point if anyone has any concrete yay or nay experience.   Also, what do you smart people think about the design and reticle.  It's apparently dependent on the bdc with no turrets and it has an offset reticle to compensate for the parascope design.  All things considered, how do you guys think it will perform at 500-700 yd ranges?  Max of 500 hunting I imagine though.   The idea is stellar, no extra movement or effort to adjust from a 1x-6x. Anyway, just thought I'd see if there's any experience with it yet.  Have a great day.

Right, gut reaction is the same here.  But after enough thought, it really isn't entirely different than having a magnifier flipped to the side.  Except that this one doesn't have to be flipped back up for use.   That was the only reason for ditching my magnifier/eotech setup for the acog/red dot on my dmr rifle.  The slow transition made me feel like a sitting duck in my first firefight with the eotech prompting the changes.  The acog transition time was much more comforting and the idea just stuck in my head.  That's what makes it seem so interesting

Uh oh, land mine?  I'm just curious what people thought about it.  I'm not putting it on a rifle of mine, just interested in the idea.

Oh no, I wish I had a link to The Rule. When you post a question about a product and nobody gives a review with their experience within 24 hours....you get to buy it and tell us all about it!

There's been a loophole or two...but I think you found a winner.

Oh man, I like that rule.   My next thread will be a go fund me account to buy it..... Maybe one of those "I'm not looking for handouts but any handouts would be appreciated because I've had a really hard life as a veteran and you should feel sorry" kinda things.   Does that work around here?

I tried a flip 3x with an eotech and it lasted about a week. Hated the Ballance and the extra weight. Probably why I don't like the looks of this.

Also...I just can't see how you don't get into parallax issues with the optic on the side of the gun? You have them with with traditional setups with varying severity depending in how high over bore you go, but you can account for that in your dope. With it off to the side it seems like you would need a windage dope for different ranges. I just don't see how you can work around that with mirrors.

I hope for your sake BOfuh it has a good resale value

Ha.  I'll take notes on who donates the most and if I don't like it, I'll give it to them.

You guys don't have enough faith in optics manufacturers ability to reinvent the wheel.  Maybe they'll make one that is a 12x with a 50mm objective lens and turrets.

Blue, I feel like you're right.  You'd have to decide if it falls under the "accurate enough" category.  Maybe for a three gun build or something.
