IMI treated me right when I did get a bad batch. Midway came through eventually. The replacement ammo IMI sent was good stuff. I notice Midway removed my review and at least one other that warned of blown primers, there are two that warm of short strokes and squibs though.

Interesting.  Not to dispute your word but I dont know how many Federal rounds I've fired through the years yet never had a BCG go bad because of it.  Extractors, ejectors, springs, etc., have been replaced from time to time due to normal course of wear but as long as I've cleaned my BCG I've never had it "lock up" on me.  I guess there's a first time for everything though.

I wouldn’t say it is a horrible round but that must be a bad lot, super hot or the bullet not seated correctly possibly causing an over pressure issue. Got any lot numbers?
