It's a muzzle device that was smaller than 0.750" OD, and long enough that you could pin and weld it to a 14.5" barrel and make 16"+ in legal length. The beauty in it was it was smaller than 0.750" OD. You could still take your gas block off, and still take your barrel nut off. You still have freedom to change up a pinned barrel. VG6 released something similar, at less than 0.750" OD. But it's a brake.
