9th Circus, shocking decision

Didn't expect this one.  The 9th Circus backed a lower court’s decision to suspend California’s ban on the possession of large magazines.

Shocking.

A glimmer of hope is all we get from that unfortunately, but I'll take this over it being overturned.

The 9th Circuit is on a roll.  They just declared that open carry is protected by the 2nd Amendment.

Yeah, between the two rulings, either California ER's are going to fill up with liberals having heart attacks or the bars are going to a big payday.

Can we just discuss those few words for a minute, before you start thinking about your ruling?  This 2-1 decision is hardly a win yet, but any non-loss is better than a loss.

This is great news.  Coming from the communist 9th. Circus Court of Appeals it's nothing less than totally mind-blowing.

Somebody in Hawaii must've really pissed the 9th. Circus off.

Actually it does, IMHO.

I cannot help but wonder it there's a "catch" ... ???  Like they're giving us this to keep from giving us something better like national carry.  It would be just like those clowns to pull something like that.
