I told you what a GOOF our governor is, well we still have some common sense people still in office.

As of today :

Last week, the Ohio House of Representatives and Senate voted 67-22 and 21-11, respectively, to override Governor John Kasich’s veto of self-defense legislation, Sub. House Bill 228. Substitute House Bill 228 will now be enacted into law.
Some of the important provisions in Sub. House Bill 228 are:

Placing the burden of disproving a self-defense claim on the prosecution, similar to how it is in every other state in the country.
Critical expansion of preemption to ensure that localities do not create a patchwork of gun laws throughout Ohio.
Language updates to mirror federal law that affects certain types of firearms, such as the Mossberg Shockwave.
Clarifies Ohio’s signage law in regards to concealed carry. These important changes simplify what has become a complicated portion of Ohio law.

He could have passed all this last summer.

But Noooooooo he was worried about the prosecutor's not having enough tools in the toolbox.

As for the Shockwave,he had another BS reply," Why do citizens need such a thing"

That's such BS - it's, literally, not his position to determine that.  He's the Governor - not the King.

Here's the flip question, back to him - Why is legal to own an SBS in Ohio, then?...

I sat in on his town hall at a local tech college back in 2000.

He bashed the unions to the point the kids in attendance were wondering WTF since the job fair had 99% union shops that hire from the college.

Stark State College isn't a second rate school when it comes to learning.

Well me being the jarhead I am I started asking labor history questions,I was escorted out of the building.

Oh,and the local DNC had Michael Avenatti come speak last fall as a surprise speaker.

$500, a plate dinner and people were getting up and leaving ,the head of our local DNC literally dropped dead the next day.

Ironic
