Mkeiser49
I just bought a new DPMS LR-308 and when I took the bolt carrier group out to clean it after shooting I noticed a bunch of tiny brass chips/shavings. Each piece of brass I shot has a tiny chip and the very end of the case neck. I’m trying to figure out what the issue could be and how to fix it. Anything is appreciated! DNP
That’s the glitch in the system. The way the drop downs work when you start a new topic...Doc has caught that one. Maybe @Matt.Cross could move this?

Anything is appreciated! if its truly new it needs break in time like an engine.. run it lightly and clean until the new parts mesh together. use plenty of lube/ oil.. case neck? pics help.
