Well the sig barrels most of us used are gone. A upper and lower set from aero would be good. An aero lower parts set to match the upper and lower. Whatever brace you like.

I like the Armalite carbine recoil set.

Free float rail fore end of your choice.

Brownells, primary arms.faxon, balastic advantage. Joe Bobs,
Midway USA all good places to buy your parts.

Starting with a large-frame AR is a hard way to go, as far as that goes.  Starting with a small-frame AR would make life easier on you, as you'd get the machanics of putting it together down, without the headaches of dealing with the differences in the Large-Frame market...  But, that's just my $0.02 on it.
