Aero M5 lower , upper 11.5 “ and all other aero

After around 200 rounds starting noticing spent casings had a u shaped dent where the bullet sits. Now, the bolt carry catches too far so you basically can’t load a magazine with out pulling on the Charging handle all the way back. See pictures. Any ideas?

Second have you removed any obstruction or debris in the receiver? Possibly a blown primer...

Yep, probably a 3.250" buffer in a 7.000" extension.   Or the AR15 rifle buffer in the rifle extension.  Whatever is being run here for a recoil system.

11.5” upper meaning barrel? Not a 12.5”? As mentioned we need more info.
