Archangel's SBR Build

I have always wanted a SBR (short barrel rifle) so since now i'm a grown up lol i can afford all the good parts i want.

i had some other parts laying around not so much "extra" parts but parts off guns i upgraded.

here is the parts list:

Upper:

*YHM upper receiver

*LMT BCG

*Vltor BCM large version charging handle

*Magpul Gen 2 BUIS

*Spikes tactical BAR 9" hand guard

*Magpul XTM hand stop kit (pre-order)

*PWS tactical comp

*YHM low profile gas block

*Rainier arms carbine gas tube

*Aimpoint PRO optic (patrol rifle optic)

*YHM 10.5" chrome lined threaded barrel

1 in 9 twist

Lower:

*Mega arms forged lower with upper/lower tension screw

*Spikes tactical enhanced lower kit which includes: niB trigger and KNS Gen 2 pins, and aluminum trigger guard

*Ergo grip

*Vltor IMOD stock

*Magpul BAD lever

*Ergo never quit grip

I've never seen a barrel that short with a 1:9" twist. Are you planning on shooting the lighter loads (ie; 55gr)?

Yea. 1-9 is good for 55 and 62gr. I shoot carbine rifle matches so it's good for me

mind if i ask how long you had to wait for your stamp? i have been thinking of doing this but the wait of several months has deterred me

VERY NICE! I'm also feeling envy, but I think it looks lonely. I think you need to add something to the front (a can?)

A can is my next plan for this rifle. Next is the optic which I am leaning to the new aimpoint pro. Patrol rifle optic.
