hyrysc Posted June 11, 2012 Report Posted June 11, 2012 Haven't seen much chatter here about the Recon...course its not much different than other LR's, but I love the concept of the AAC Blackout flash hider/suppressor adapter.I have 24" Stainless bull barrel 308 LR, but was in the local GS and saw the Recon being un-boxed and placed on the shelf. I asked the guy to hand it over to me. One feel and I knew that it was coming home with me.Don't get me wrong, I love the 24" version, but lopping 8 inches off the barrel sure makes it a ton more handy. Just ordered a Trijicon to top it off, so it should be here tomorrow and I will take some pics to post once its done. To me, taking a picture of a firearm without an optic is like taking a picture of a fine race car without the wheels and tires.

We like to think of it as dressed & undressed , doesn't change any thing ,just another way of looking at. <thumbsup> it .
