Jgun Posted July 27, 2012 Report Posted July 27, 2012 I'm trying to figure out by what logic a high cap magazine restriction amendment belongs in a cybersecurity bill? http://thehill.com/video/senate/240657-cybersecurity-bill-includes-gun-control- measure
392heminut Posted July 27, 2012 Report Posted July 27, 2012 Jgun, they do it all the time. Both parties employ that trick. They will put stuff in a bill that has absolutely nothing to do with the original bill. Sometimes one party will do it as a concession to the other party to gain more voted from the opposition, other times they do it to pass something that would not pass on it's own so it gets attached to a bill that both sides want to pass. This is just one example of the dirty underhanded politics our representatives practice! Your tax dollars at work right there my friend! >:(

In this case, it's just another government failure.
Jgun Posted July 27, 2012 Author Report Posted July 27, 2012 I was asking the question rhetorically, I also understand, it's just so underhanded that I felt the need to post it.
