Have owned several AR-15's over the years and this is first go with a larger platform AR. The LR308 designation is a DPMS trademark, is there any chance your rifle is the Hunter or ORC model? Be sure to post up pics of the beast, we like our gun porn around here. Jeffw78 Posted September 13, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 13, 2012 I assume it was bought as an ORC or MOE model. Receiver is marked LR-308. It has a 16" chrome lined barrel with Bushmaster markings. The gas system is mid-length. Previous owner installed a Daniel Defense 9.0 Lite Rail, ACS stock, YHM gas block with incorporated flip up front sight. It has a Magpul rear sight, MOE grip and MOE trigger guard. He also replaced the buffer with a hydraulic unit that I saw on midway's site but can't recall the brand. I hope that helps. I will get some pics up ASAP.
