I gave him a choice on what gun he would like to carry and I have to say I was impressed with his decision. He chose the Winchester 94 over the DPMS Oracle I figured with all the video games out there he would of chose the .308AR. Maybe the thought of carrying the 7lbs .30-30 over the 11-12lbs .308 was more appealing. So I'll be using the Oracle this weekend with a cut down P-mag (6 rounds) almost fits flush with the magwell. Got out this morning and my buddy that I hunt with got a call that his boy was sick and he had to take him to the doctor so that cut the day short and I'll be working through the antler less portion of the season so thats it for me this year.
