New Magpul stocks on an 870

I just got the Magpul stock set & extra stock risers from Brownells . They had the stock I wanted for a while but not the hand guard or the risers & I wanted them all together .

I thought it would not be available before I went to gun week , but it all came & & I have them in hand .

I like Magpul products , as do many others & this stock set did not disappoint . Very well made & solid , my only beef is I can't use my newly purchased single point sling attachment. I could get & install a longer screw , but the stock wouldn't seat the way they designed it & I know they make there own . I will have to get one quick , before I leave. I was just pumped to try a singer point sling this year.

I settled on the highest stock riser & I had to add one spacer to the butt pad to get the proper length of pull for me .

Oh yes , all in FDE.

Hay , Magpul , if your listening , I 'll take a set  for my 1100 !

Mag Pul is definately carving out a market for themselves.

I ordered the Magpul single point sling attachment for this stock & of course I had to add other things to get the shipping free.

The stock is set up for a spacer to be replaced with this sling attachment & its made of steel .

Just hope it makes it here before I leave for camp.

I'm a Mossberg guy, but I need to buy an 870, just for this setup.  I feel it.  :o
