new to ar world

Hello everyone, i am new to the AR world and just recently purchaced a bushmaster .308 orc. I have fired it three times to sight in a red dot that is temporary. Im looking to build a universal rifle to take hunting, hogs etc. As well as a short and long range tactical weapon. By long range i mean 600 yrds as i wont get anything that far in east texas. So far im looking at a Troy battlefied rail 13.8 if it clears my gas block, im thinking of a nikon 308 which is still out of my price range right now but i know with optics you get what you pay for. was also thinking of running 45 degree iron sights just not sure how comfortable hey are to shoot with a 308. I want to do a trigger but not sure which one, or stay with factory stock. There are too many options and i am lost and need direction. thanks for any and all help.
