Someone commenting on a Jalopnik article on it says it's a ZX10, but I'm not seeing it. Here it is running - not the crossplane crankshaft, for sure. I can't see them using a 2008-or-older bike, so there's no way it's R1. The '09-up is definitely a newer beast, and no other company is doing the crossplane crank - they can't. Damn thing just doesn't look like a ZX10, no matter how I try to envision it - I see those things everyday. There's certainly heavy bodywork involved, but damn...
