free gun lock

Took my little girl for a checkup today. On the way out I see a big box of cable locks. sign says free. I was suspicious and expected some questionnaire but nothing. receptionist just handed me one and smiled.

I have a huge box of those at work. We give them out for free, no questions asked. Most of the time ofc's use them to lock their gear... Like, hypothetically, a motorcycle cop could MAYBE use one to secure his helmet to his bike... Just as an example.

Back has a sticker that says they are paid for by auctioned off drug bust seizures. Funny, because I left the gun in the car for the appointment. Soon as I saw it I though it would be smart to lock the gun to the seat rails or something on those rare occasions I stash it.

That would be an excellent call. They make some pretty sweet safes that mount in the car as well.

That's what I want is a small safe. Before I had a safe I would lock my deer rife with one those cheap ass keys they come with break really easy and the cable is pretty easy to cut. Talk about panic attack!!!
