Rsquared Posted January 25, 2014 Report Posted January 25, 2014 Just build it as if it was a DPMS patterned 308 and you'll be just fine. Plenty of parts to be found. Just keep looking for the decent deals. They pop up all the time. Oh, and welcome to the board sr and steele. Keep your eyes on some of these guys around here. They'll entice you to dump your retirement account just to build that next AR. <laughs>
Dane Armory Posted January 25, 2014 Report Posted January 25, 2014 Welcome from AZ ! Don't believe the snake oil salesman , he bought that stuff all by himself.
washguy Posted January 25, 2014 Report Posted January 25, 2014 (edited) Sr welcome aboard! didnt see an upper reciever vise block for a 308..you already have one? nor a barrel wrench you got one? torque wrench? so your rain coming to you stripped...I thought they already have dust cover installed with takedown pins? so, with the bull 24" barrel and prs stock do you know are you going to end up with a very heavy piece? what do you plan on doing with this rifle other than lugging it to a bench? :) Wash Edited January 25, 2014 by washguy
