I told him as long as he helps me build mine at my house also.

EasyEJL Posted July 17, 2014 Report Posted July 17, 2014 have any of you guys come across a smoker that is natural gas rather than propane? I have it run to my porch, have a regular grill on it and its a QD hose so I could easily switch in a smoker for use when I need it.

Since my smoke controls heat digitally I use both probs for meat, but has two probs "one for meat one for smoker temp" then you can bring the remote read out in the house or garage or gun work station and keep an eye on things.
