    Im doing a couple of small pork tenderloins this weekend...... rubbing rasberry chipolte rub and pecan rub on them.....theres two of them tie em together and be sure to rub the inside layer...only takes bout an hour thirty till meat gets to 165ish ....pink center dabbing Mr.yoshada sauce on them during cooking SWEET :)) Wash

  9. Hi Dinan I thought that i needed 8x32 nikon scopes for 500 but I bought a nikon m-308 and im very impressed with it out to 500...thats all we got around here for a range.... of course ive got bionic implants in both eyes...amazing stuff they can do for an farts eyes these days :)) Wash

  11. What Rene said ......unless you have a can theres no muzzle device that can protect your hearing....ive got all kinds....they all will ring your bell! maybe get electronic earplugs that shut off the blast while still letting you hear everything :)) Wash
  12. Hi Haystack you cant go wrong with the mega! consider shorter barrels too...both of my 16" shoot 500 yds moa ..so does my 18" you might consider the apex front end...very light Wash

Hi Brother Rene ! havnt moved yet..not until July 2....we have benn packing our azzes off....Char isnt with the program real strong yet...she's tired from working and doesnt wanna pack at night....Ive been tacking care of the garage...azz whippin! its been raining almost 3 weeks on and off.....but right now its sunny and cool...so im off to work.....you and Mida doing well? :)) Wash

Blue what yo are seeing is that the headspace gauges actually come in .762 and .308 theres just a tad difference in them...ive got a headspace gauge....forgot which one....but its a compromise between the two....sooo just lube it up and shoot it using 308 rounds for break in not.762 all of my pipes are Rainiers.....just go out and blast away :)) Wash

  20. Hi Moop Ilike the 16" Rainier barrels they all shoot sub moa and they have a middy length gas system ....never ever had a cycle problem with a middy gas system Wash

    Thanks Rene! That was some engineering ::) So at the 14 hour mark the brisket was just bout at right temp and the fan I rigged up suffered heat exhaustion and the motor burnt up :)) ....let the brisket rest for an hour and then man o man best one yet! Shepp dont get wagyu. you will be hooked for life!....it was like butter.....im hooked...but close to 90 bills for 11 pounds....damn.....i was so tired i didnt even take pics of the finished piece but heres what the raw meat looked like Wash pic is underside...good marble ....the fat cap was great looking too

    Way To go Shepp! Houston we have a problem! put the 90 dollar brisket on at 2am.....woke up at 7am to check on it....the freakin smoker had stopped...Daaaamn.......temp was 80 degrees internal and 80 extrenal....no pellets in firebox just dead! started it up agasin and smoke was coming out of pellet hopper...the hopper has to be pressured....its got a fan that does that...and it was dead! so Apollo13 came to mind. :banana: Wash found a 110 volt small fan in garage...put it in pellet hopper...got pressure...Houston we can make it home!
