What 98Z said ....but in the 90's ..1992 to be exact....I was ahead of the curve on what Clintoris was gonna do <laughs> we didnt have the internet...so it was gun shows and the classified ads in the newspapaers <laughs> me and my best friend were in line at 8am most every Sat waiting for the show to open....no nic checks back then....just fill out the yellow sheet and move on to the next table that had lowers or mags.....back then the mac 90's were 169 bucks out the door...sks's 69 bucks...ar15 lowers 70 bucks or so....you could buy buy buy till your money ran out...we got in on it way before the vast majority of folks woke up <thumbsup> so I would say the internet changed it.....the supply finally dried up and prices went up but it took a while back in the 90's and we already had our stuff for a year and a half at least,so we never paid the high prices...... :) Wash

Yep...I would lube it up first with some oil and see if that doesnt do the job....but i dont think ive ever had a grip being too tight...no worries no biggie...you can sand the inside of the grip if the lube trick doesnt work heres a tip that prevents heartburn....dont read too much in measurements of this or that part that you read....just put it together <laughs> Wash

Hi Guys This was a smoking nightmare....did two 14 lb birds one for us one for my best friends family. okay Christmas eve rub em down and stuff em with all the herbs and apples and onions and celery...we used john henry pecan rub,john henry poultry and some apple rub bout 8pm....inject with a stick of melted butter...put em in the garage cause it was 38 and falling....waited on Santa to about 12am and im starting to feel chilled with a lil sweat too.ruh oh <laughs> get up at 4am to a driving downpour falling temps and a lightning storm with thunder boomers <laughs> sheesh....put those suckers on at 200 degrees and back to bed with the sweats and chills.....Char started handling the 2 hour check ins......my Bud comes at 11am birds are done and im calling my family to cancel lunch cause im freakin sick......Merry freakin Christmas <laughs> Wash

I was on the naughty list <laughs> what else would ya'll expect from me....me and Char started the smoker for our turkey and my best friends family turkey at 4am in a pouring down cold azz rain....getting up out of bed every couple of hours to check on the birds.. By 9am ive got chills and a fever...my bud comes and gets his turkey at 11 am...and i called my family and had to cancel everyone from coming over <dontknow> turkey anyone? got lots <laughs> Wash
