  1. Still for sale.
  2. I've got the winning bid in on it at the moment. Don't think it'll hold up and I'm not willing to go as high as I think it'll sell for.
  3. They mention on their site that it's suitable for threading to add attachments, but I think I'll just own it and probably never carry it with the long barrel installed. I bought this pistol for it's coolness factor, God knows I already own far more carry guns than anyone would ever need, so the whole excercise is just for my entertainment and the extra goodies add to that.
  4. Even though I've owned two Glocks in the past, a G21 and a G27, I could never really warm up to them. Not due to reliability or accuracy issues, neither had any issues, but mostly due to grip feel. I seem to be sensitive to how a pistol rides in my hands. I've been looking at the modified Glocks on the Robar website and really liking what I see. Now I'm trying to talk myself into buying a G19 (my favorite Glock if I had a favorite) and sending it to Robar for a front and rear grip reduction, which includes a medium sand finish and complete removal of the finger grooves. I hate finger grooves on any firearm. I'd also have the trigger guard reduction which allows a higher grip and forward slide serrations. And of course a NP3 refinish of the metal. I think this would make a Glock I could fall in love with. Any experience with these mods, experience with Robar or any thoughts?
  5. Either you believe or you don't. Middle ground is no-man's land.
  6. What, no Supermans of side kicks? And I thought your balls were cast iron.
  7. Is this positive sweet Jusus or a negative sweet Jesus?
  8. 4.2" extended barrel and a 6.5# mainspring for the Boberg XR9-S.
  9. Just found out that the XR9-S (shorty) with 3.35" barrel (the one I bought) will accept the longer 4.2" barrel of the XR9-L (long) according to the Boberg website. So, of course, I ordered the longer barrel as well as the 6.5# light weight main spring. Gotta have the whole shebang, don't I?
  10. Boberg XR9-S and Side Guard leather pancake holster for it.
  11. It's done.
  12. That's what I was fishing for, confirmation. Thanks. <thumbsup>
  13. One of the distributors we use just got some of these in stock. Let the image scroll by to see the short barreled versions. Holy schit! I've lusted after one ever since I heard about them a few years back. They used to be impossible to get, now I can just order one and it'll be here in two days. I just bought a Kahr MK9 Elite 03 though and the Boberg is even more expensive, crazy expensive for a pocket pistol. They're so cool, the ammo loads in the back of the magazine bullet first and the pistol pulls the round out the rear of the mag then feeds it into the chamber, just like an old cloth belt fed machinegun. I don't think I can hold out..I must have...I must have...My lust meter is off the scale. Should I?
  14. Flying's easy, it's the landings that are a bitch.
  15. No baseball cards in the spokes?
  16. Just noticed, they don't sell lowers. That sucks because if I'm going to go ULW I want that CF butt stock too, so, I'll need to build a lower for this rifle.
  17. I'm in for a complete rifle.
  18. Still for sale.
  19. 41-45 is the "old man" class? Sheeeze...I'd be in the dead ready for burial class then, if I were to get on one of them new fangled bent for hell contraptions.
  20. We're FFL dealers and the wholesale order price for that pistol new is $800 plain barrel and $850 threaded barrel. Usually a very clean used example will bring what a new example will wholesale for. There are execptions.
  21. Welcome from Florida.
  22. She looks like a permanent attachment to that plane, she screws on the wing.
  23. Now that one would cause a stutter!
