It's on right now...just saw it on slckguns. Less stuff in the clearance rack though.

Not short stroking now, but groups suck!

Blowing the guts out of a magazine seems like more than a minor failure...details on that? -
Silver rings hurt my eyes, but they were on sale lol. Krylon time I guess. Glass isn't quite as nice as my SWFA HD, or the bush tac 1-6.5 but those are really clear scopes for the price, and it's still pretty good. Turrets have caps but the adjustments are nice and solid underneath with good clicks. not really meant to be dialed with the BDC. reticle is matched to FGGM 168s I believe out to 800yds, and has wind holds for 5 and 10 mph. Supposedly it's pretty close to the 77g OTM 5.56 out to 600 so I was thinking of using it on my SPR, but that gun shoots so well i don't want to mess with it. It will probably stay in the 308 and I'll move the 1-6 to something else. nice lightweight setup. Would like to get the scope a little lower. The warne rings are .53" scope tube to base. My PRI mediums are .47" and just a hair too low. Not finding much in between. I think a .50 base to bottom of tube would be perfect

My buddies wife is like that. Really hard to get an optic set up for her. eotec seems to be the most forgiving.

I showed this to my buddy who is always changing his setups around....expect some Glock big dot sights to be on the chopping block soon lol

Here's a gun for lefties! Oh wait....you meant left handed....

Here's the noveske. They go out if stock pretty regular. I was on mailing lists for a while. http://www.noveske.com/products/flush-qd-sling-mount Impact weapon components makes something similar, but It seemed like it would be harder to install in the confined space of the stock body http://www.impactweaponscomponents.com/product/qd-micro-mount/

That looks neeto. I'd have to see one in person though. Would suck if you have to hunt around to get it centered.

Nice! I just happen to be looking for a pair. The PFI scope has a 42mm obj like my SWFA, but the OD is larger for some reason and I can't use the med rings or it touches the rail. These will put it a hair higher than I like, but should still be OK.

Warne maxima QD 30mm high silver. showing 5 left. These are $80 everywhere. Not sure if it's a price mistake? probably too low for most AR setups but thought someone might be able to use them on something else. They are silver, but nothing a little krylon can't fix. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0002MJZ98/ref=gwm_tlc_pi?pf_rd_p=8a89d6cc-6768-4927-9476-0d5144805ddd&pf_rd_s=grid-6&pf_rd_t=Gateway&pf_rd_i=mobile&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=588QAQ07Q8Z501R63Z4W

His samurai art is awesome

Lol. Love the bottom one. The tuffguys I deal with every weekend who are use to 10 min of chest bumping and smack talking each other get such a confused look on their face as you put their elbow up to their ear and set them gently down on the floor forehead first. Back on track...that looks pretty cool for the price, but let's not forget about the shadow ops disaster. The few people who actually got complete cans said they were garbage. Hardly any noise reduction.

What are you criminals implying? I was just suggesting that suppressed guns run dirty and everyone should have a few of these handy solvent traps around to save on the mess! I've also seen a neeto little link that helps tighten up your reciever. Think it ties the dissconector to the rear lug...and you can make one pretty easy in case SHTF and the internet goes down. I'd suggest downloading the specs on a public computer and printing them out. Tag words: bomb. Jihad. Patriot. Obama. Tyranny. Freedom. Liberty.

not sure how deep you want to countersink a plastic stock. It's about the same thickness as the collar on the Mount. Would have to rename it the almost flush super quick and unexpectedly detaching mount

#2 for the dissy. These look really clean. Feels solid so far. it's noveske so I'm sure it's quality.

This started a few years ago...glad to see it's getting some coverage. I'd sit my ass in the barracks and tell them to get fcked until they gave me my money back.
-
It has a nut on the back side with some teeth on it. Think it said it needs to be thinner than 1/4 inch.

I love me some A1 stocks, but sling attachment sucks. I tried the tangodown adaptor, and it's nice, but I don't like slings attached up by the reciever. I tried the GGG cup that mounts in the factory sling loop slot, but I don't like the way it tugs the rifle when the sling is mounted to the toe. It's OK for carrying over the shoulder, but that's about it. The usgi style adaptor that you slide over the stock was good position, but kinda sloppy and no QD. Just installed this noveske flush mount and I think it's going to be a winner. Just drill a 1/2" hole and screw it down. Cost about $20.

Maybe he scata-coated a scar

When he said A2, he meant rifle reciever extension (aka buffer tube) Your 6 position receiver extension ( buffer tube) is carbine extension. The other one you describe sounds like the correct (rifle) extension. I'm assuming you are talking about the magpul PRS stock. It uses the rifle extension, not the carbine. There is a small screw under the shoulder pad of the PRS that attaches to the hole in the rear of that tube. if the stock doesn't have the screw included, you will need an A1 length screw, not the longer A2 length stock screw. The rifle extension doesn't use a castle nut or end plate like the carbine extension uses, it just screws directly into the lower. The PRS won't slide onto your 6 position extension. I've never used a jp buffer so i have no idea how that shenanigans works. Cliff's notes....the PRS stock works with the longer rifle extension, not the 6 position carbine extension.

well done.

Not trying to be a Debbie downer lol. It's not a bad deal if you are going to scope it and leave it basic...but that hardly ever happens.
-
Pretty basic. Don't think it's a ripoff but certainly not a great deal. Those Oracle's get down to $700 for complete rifles during the big sales.
