  7. I was laughing my ass off as I sent this. I figured you would be likely to lose your $hit. Last time I had a chance to raise the hackles of a sparky was a job downtown. Sparky boss shows up with a new haircut his guys were stroking him with nice dew. I walk by he looks at me and I said "what happened you lose a bet" to the heheh of his guys. Sure as $hit there is a conflict with his stuff location/ elevation. I'm like hey bro can you help me out? He's like now you need me. I'm brother you look like you need a hug. He's like get the fuk away laughing, his guys are cracking up. What a pleasure/honor to work with my brothers and sisters helping build πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ love you bro 😍

  12. Mason's work is tough business, you earned your fun time brother. Long healthy retirement bro 🍻🍻 I've made many a neat hole through masonry walls for my ducts. I started my industrial career in the blast furnace as a bricklayers laborer.
  13. It's a fine line between feeling groovy and getting fukedup ask me how I know
  14. Land of the free because of the brave. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Have a great day everyone
  15. Nice doggy 😁
  16. After the wife researched Lazer removal one of the side effects are bowel incontinence. More so if you're older. One at a time then it's done.
  17. Additionally reading labels for sugar and salt content. More bananas, grapes and cherries.
  18. Nice rifle and shooting brother, living the dream 😁
  19. Hahaha when on the job it was sandwiches, soup in thermos, cold pasta salad, coffee and Gatorade. At the time I didn't realize how much sugar was in each container. Always self contained except when working in a hospital cafeteria was a treat. Over a pack a day smoker kicked the butts. Now it's salad's, vegetable, fish, chicken and red meat. 2% milk after dinner at 6pm then it's water for the rest of evening. Snacks are nuts, yogurt and Level 1 protein powder.8 hrs sleep that improved after using a CPAP machine almost 30 years ago. I try to do something that will fatigue me at the end of the day. Wife has had problems with hemroids for a long time that have gotten worse. GP basically told her surgery was painful just suck it up, told her to get another opinion. She found a guy that does what he calls banding, band is placed on roid and it falls off. Takes a few weeks. One is done at a time pain around 6 for a few days and gets better. She is doing good then it's done. As a result we have increased our intake of fiber which is a good thing. Take away from the gym with these jacked guys are. 1- these guys don't drink as alcohol slows metabolism 2- healthy gut health is the foundation fitness. I try to maintain a sense of consistency in my workout and still make it fun. If I can do it anyone can. Hardest part is getting started.
  20. Sorry to hear brother $hit takes longer to heal these days. The other byproduct to working out for me is I'm eating like I was an apprentice πŸ˜‹ and not gaining weight.
  21. Hardest part is getting started brother. I hope I'll be able to go to the gym for a long time. I wound up with a knot in my lat that the therapist has been rubbing out at the end of our session. Good luck brother see if you can get the wife to join you on your walk makes it easier and more fun.
  22. Great job brother
  23. Well it's been 18 months of that I was hurt for at least 6 months where I wasn't 100%. Been doing physical therapy for over 2 months because of limited mobility because of a pissed off rotator. That's been a slow move but the sessions have made an improvement. Back to low weight high reps,no lateral raises yet. The things I did wrong were. 1- to much weight 2- form went out the window in a short period of time. 3- jerking the weight ( see 1). Back at it, trainer said he would help so I can avoid getting hurt. Heat and humidity make yardwork a workout in it's self.
  24. Hahaha
