Had a MONGO jam at the range yesterday. One of the 170gr FMJ Prvi rounds shed a primer, which then went up ABOVE the bolt carrier on Liberty. Close the stock, SLAM on the ground multiple times until the live round cleared the chamber. That left the BC in a partially rearward position. Fortunately MikeDaddy had a screwdriver and I was able to use it as a punch, to knock the BCG forward. Removed the upper and STILL had trouble moving the BCG but when it did move, that squashed flat primer fell right out. That makes about 15 of these that have shed primers so far, out of a case of 1,000.

I'm constantly amazed by how many people don't pay attention to their muzzles.

Alrighty...for those of you coming from out of the area, who haven't been before: I-10 to Avra Valley Rd exit, head west about 5 minutes (maybe 10 if the cops are enforcing the construction zone speed limit) and go PAST Marana Regional Airport to Sanders Rd, turn right/north (the ONLY way to turn) and go approximately 1 1/2 miles, where the chainlink fence ends will be a dirt road on the right with a sign for ALGAL Energy, turn right and you will start to see white signs with black arrows saying MSC. Follow those through the two open gates. 100 yards past the second gate turn Left and go DOWN the hill into The Pit. If you should be dense enough to stay on the road, you will end up on TOP of the berm and may tempt the rest of us to fire on a moving target. Unable to find it? Call me at 520-250-9221. Keep calling...we'll be shooting already. Eventually someone will answer it.

Until he showed everyone a piece of copper jacket stuck in the lens right above his pupil. The cheap ones from Harbor Freight suffice for me. When I put out for big name stuff like Oakleys, they walk away with great frequency. What are you wearing?
